    엄마는 큰 都市에서

    오래도록 떠나가 있던

    옛 터전으로 돌아왔다

    그녀의 생이 시작된 흙으로 回歸하기 위해

    그녀 자신이 누울 莊嚴한 遊泳의 자리를 治粧하여 만들었다

    그녀는 그 자신이 어디에서 왔는지를 明徵하게 記憶하고

    다시 돌아가야 할 太古的 靈魂의 大陸을

    결코 잊지 않은 듯했다

    莊子는 아내의 葬禮式에서

    춤추고 노래하며 즐거워했다

    한 生이 시작된 곳으로 돌아가야 하는

    아내 歸鄕의 祝祭를 기꺼워했다

    그는 우리네 生이 온 곳을 분명히 記憶하고

    찬란한 날개를 단 靈魂의 빛이

    돌아가야 할 미지의 聖域을

    결코 妄覺하지 않았다

    神의 물고기라 이름하는 연어(鳶魚)는

    갈대숲이 은빛으로 출렁이던 가을날 밤

    一億 分의 일의 本能으로

    그 어떤 그리움보다 더 뜨거운

    母川의 냄새를 記憶해냈다

    北海島와 北太平洋을 돌고 돌아

    二 萬里나 되는 험한 물길을

    주검의 소하(遡河)조차도 마다하지 않은 채

    그 몸 상처에 물곰팡이가 피어난 후

    연분홍 혼인색(婚姻色)을 떠안았다

    어딘가 알 수 없는 곳 너머에

    그녀만의 本鄕이 確然히 있음을

    그녀는 기어코 記憶해내었다

    水晶같이 맑고 透明한 그대의 江에

    흐르는 여울처럼

    온통 善業으로 채워져

    순간순간 眞理가 되는

    푸른 記憶의 사띠를

    지금, 여기에서 보는가

    그 무엇의 너머에

    서려하고 있는
